Jessica-Rose Wilson

Jessica is an Associate specialising in HR and Total Rewards functions, covering roles from CHRO and CPO to Heads of Total Rewards and their teams across North America. With a background in Executive Search, she brings extensive knowledge of HR and Reward, as well as a deep understanding of the unique challenges within Private Equity and financial markets.

She is based in the UK and frequently spends time in the US.

Previous Experience

Jessica previously worked as an Executive Researcher for a boutique search firm in the UK, where she specialised in senior HR roles, including CPO and HR Director positions. She also covered a range of Reward & Technology roles, such as Global Head of Reward, Comp & Ben Director, Chief Technology Officer, and Technology Director. During this time, Jessica gained experience in various industries, including Private Equity, Banking, Healthcare, Technology, Motorsports, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, and Entertainment. This role provided opportunities to work internationally, in locations such as Dubai, the Netherlands, Italy, and South Africa.
