Danielle Pfeiffer

Danielle Pfeiffer leads VP to SVP level total rewards placements and focuses on Boston, Chicago and Detroit. Clients include large and mid-size public companies, leading PE firms and their portfolio companies, and emerging growth companies.

She brings cross-functional business acumen, understanding the links between the strategic and operational in HR and Finance, and a passion for diversity and team development.
She is based in Boston.

Previous Experience

Danielle previously led the Finance vertical for a boutique Boston-based retained executive search firm where she placed CFOs and adjacent senior leaders. Prior to that, she spent 15+ years with Deloitte, Advent International and Fidelity’s Benefits Consulting Group. She has served a wide range of clients, leading global Finance and organizational transformation programs, including Total Rewards & Executive Compensation, in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Retail/Consumer Products, Financial Services, Professional Services, Telecom and Aerospace & Defense industries. She is a former Client Relationship Executive for a Fortune 4 company and a national leader of a ‘return-to-work’ program for women re-entering their professional careers.
