Kim Dallin
Kim has a dual role at Total Rewards Search where she manages search operations while also driving business development efforts across the United States. She leads critical sourcing and research to support the broader teams’ efforts to proactively identify the best leaders in Total Rewards. She is also responsible for new business development to cultivate and grow relationships with prospective clients and strategic partners to deliver on TRS’ growth plan.
She brings cross-industry experience with a previous focus on financial services and has a passion for empowering professional women in the workplace. Whether working in executive search operations or business development at start-up companies or large enterprises, Kim thrives at collaborating across all levels of an organization to build meaningful relationships with C-level, internal and external business partners and teams. She is based in Minneapolis.
Previous Experience
Kim previously led sourcing and research on various retained executive searches for a boutique retained executive search firm for CHRO, CFO, Corporate Controller, VP Finance, and Interim CFO placements. Prior to that, she followed her passion for empowering professional women in the workplace by serving as a Program Manager and Business Development Manager for reacHIRE, experts in Returnship and SaaS-based leadership development programs for professional women. She spent 15+ years with Vizant Technologies, Wells Fargo Bank, and Transcom Payment Services(division of MerchantE) where she served clients in Professional Services, Retail/Consumer Products and Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, and Telecom.
Education
Kim holds a BA in Psychology from the University of North Dakota.
